COMMUNITY OUTREACH

Global Eye Care Missions

For years, members of the Signal Hill Eye Care team have participated in international outreach trips that provide vision care and eyewear to communities with limited access to optometric services.

These missions focus on:

Offering eye exams in areas where care is difficult to access

Providing donated eyewear to those who need it

Supporting ongoing community health efforts in partnership with local organizers

Our team approaches this work with humility and gratitude. Each experience reinforces our belief that eye care can make a meaningful difference in daily life, from helping someone read, work, learn, or reconnect with the world around them.

Donate Your Glasses

If you have unused glasses at home, they can still make a difference. We accept gently used eyewear at our clinic, where they are prepared for distribution through charitable organizations and outreach programs. This simple act helps extend the life of glasses and supports individuals who may not otherwise have access to vision correction.
